I have searched around for a topic close to this but i havent so im going to make a thread. On some servers for bf1942 they have a spawn point that is some where else on the map( not a normal spawnpoint ) I've heard that they use a submarine or something to spawn the people, they put the sub really high in the sky upside down and some how get it to spawn the people on the ground. Sort of like a teleporter. Does anyone kno how to do this....or add spawn points on to a map? That will work with a server.

I think you have to add a new control point, set it either side then put the only spawn point for the control point up in the sky, others with submarines might have the submarines as the control point because ive seen it when you get n the sub and it falls from the ground no one else can spawn there, so i guessing you will have to i think

creat new control point in the air then in the controlpoint templates change the

ObjectTemplate.setTeamGeometry 1 flagJp_m1
ObjectTemplate.setTeamGeometry 2 flagus_m1
and
ObjectTemplate.geometry flagbase_m1

to the submarine instead

First beginrem and endrem the spawns inside the vehicle. Spawn it, if you can't spawn on it you did good. Then create the spawns of the vehicle in the SoldierSpawns.con, Try it again. Now you have the vehicle on the map, without spawns on itself. But you have a own spawn somewhere else.

an u show me an example of what i need to put in my OST.con and SS.con plz. The turorial is kind of confusing since it talks about a mi8 and these DC stuff.

so i add the SS.con into my patch as well? Thx for the help
