when you made the mod, did you mod from your copy of Battlefield, or did you mod from your original install? what map? conquest, tdm, ctf, coop? take your time, give ALL the info..... |

Yea i have battlefield backed up twice, so am i ok there, I Modded the map battle of britain with it, on my original battlefield folder, i Modded it earlier today, It was on conquest map, i wanted to do the mod for a while, I tested it on the create a server option and from then on, i cant press E at all, As you can tell i only modded the germany side, the britsh side was ok, but as germany i wasnt able to E at all, ive have been thinking over the last couple of hours and woundering if the floaters are trying to put me the type38raft when i press E and thats why its crashing, I was thinking this becasue even when i am no where near a vehicle, when i press E it does it, If this is the case is there a way round it because ive been looking forward to this mod for quite a while, The E also wasnt working before i changed positions of the floaters, I tried many combinations earlier today to start this mod and so far this was the only way i found That should be everthing i done/did |

can i suggest you don't edit oiginal map, and use a patch file? go there |

Ok i made the patchfile and put a normal origional battle of britain, But it still didnt work, i can press e fine as britain, I even put the floaters to ObjectTemplate.addTemplate Type38Raft_Floater ObjectTemplate.setPosition 0.0/0.00/-0.000 ObjectTemplate.addTemplate Type38Raft_Floater ObjectTemplate.setPosition -0.000/0.00/-0.000 ObjectTemplate.addTemplate Type38Raft_Floater ObjectTemplate.setPosition 0.0/0.00/-0.000 ObjectTemplate.addTemplate Type38Raft_Floater ObjectTemplate.setPosition -0.000/0.00/-0.000 But the same problem is there |
