Battlefield Modding Tutorials BFMODS

Does anyone know of any BF1942 mod that has an Iowa Class battleship in it?
I dont seem to find any, and I'm a bit tired of searching, so now I gotta ask if there
even is such thing

don't think so, cause alot of mods, even total conversions just work on other things, its not very often at all that i see a mod that even remotly changes ships, its stupid i know, but its life, learn to model, and try it out urself heheh, i know once i can model, im totally gonna do HUGE ship changes cause its what i always want in a mod, but i know, i have had almost ever good mod there is, and all of them was deleted heheh but, if u find one, great, watever the lower class battleship is

There is a ship mod available at filefront. idk if it has a b.s. tho. i will find it this afternoon. and gl on modeling.

Yeh, you're probably right, I'll just have to learn how to model that thing..
I was on a webpage recently were you can buy and download completed 3d models of various
things, including an Iowa, would be nice if it's possible to implement a finished 3d model into the
game somehow an adjust it's scale and those things, then simply just use that.
Whats a great tool for (BF1942) 3d modelling btw?

Thank you We'll I'll get back to you then, when/if I get a proper model. I recon it would save loads
of time by using an already finished model. It would most likely take me a year or more to first learn to model
then starting with such a massive task with a battleship

Desert Combat needs a modernized Iowa with Phalanx CIWS an a seahwak helo and everything!

Dont forget about the collision mesh and bounding box tho. I worked on a sailing ship a few weeks ago, but everytime i went to test it i fell thru. Didnt know about those two things for a while.
