hey everyone,

My 'nickname' is [ISR]Sp!tfire{ICS}, from the is82 community, i've been modding bf1942 for several years.. I've been thinking of getting a rotary sound in bf1942 for a pretty long time, i've tried it but I couldn't get it to work, so I want to ask you guys for help, it has nothing to do with serverside modding, but really, you guys seem to know the most about modding bf1942 these days.

I've converted lots of cars to BF1942, one of them its the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, which I like the best for now..

So yeah, Right now I am converting a Mazda RX7 FD3S.
I've got lots of pictures of the GT-C type of this car, but I could never find a model of a rx7 with exact that body kit and stuff.
Around 3 days ago I downloaded a model of a RX7, it was quite nice but it had no textures, and barely any details.
I started working on it, first I remodelled the front bumper for it, the GTC frontbumper, I was quite happy with it when I was done so I made a spoiler/wing for it too, the same one as on the pictures, then I had some time left and did the windows ( it didn't have any ) and the whole interior.
The day after that I started uvw mapping it all and textured it, and the model was basically done.
Here are two models of the current model which i'll be converting tomorrow.

The model has around 39 thousand polygons, don't worry, i've done another car before which was 65 thousand polygons, I've tested it online with a few friends and it didn't lag, mainly because the collision mesh was only 200 polygons.

So, when i'll be finished converting this car, i'm going to code some extra things.
First i'll start with the gauges ( rpm meter, speedometer, etc. ) which shouldn't be that hard ( i've seen a thread about it on these forums ), then i'll code an openable sunroof, brakelights ( one of my mates can do that in bf1942 ) and maybe a radio.

But theres one thing I can't do, the engine sound.
I don't know if it is possible, but i'd like to let it shift gears, I have an idle sound for the car, and an accelerating sound ( 2000 -> 9000 rpm ).
But after 9000 rpm I want it to replay that file, but slower, so it sounds like youre in the second gear, with max. 6 gears.
I've tried it before but the second time ( and after that ) it kept playing faster instead of slower, theres an old vid right here.
