When you go into my mod and host a server, the person who joins laggs like hell and there screen goes blck, but in a diffrent mod they are fine(they can join and spawn, but this happons when they die or run around at any random time) Any ideas?

mess with video settings (increase quality) get new vid drivers

nope doesn't happon to me, just the other computer, which im pritty shore has graphics on high aswell, so maby its the computer or maybe its cause im on a pc, and the other computer is a mac.
