So that is why I am bringing up this old topic again.

Okay so the deal is an ex-clan member wanted me to mod them an Infantry map. I suggested Berlin since there is hardly anything other to do than walk. His requests were ladders, Mgs, and only Jeeps and APCs for vehicles. Well I feel like making it more entertaining so I am planning on hiding some things. Most of which are in the forbidden kingdom on the other side of the river.

BC doesn't work with my video card so I downloaded Editor 42 hoping it would and it does! However the loading screen for a map gets stuck and it says unable to load level and it will load a blank level instead. It gets caught up at collisionmesh.

I extracted standardmesh.rfa, objects.rfa, berlin.rfa(not my mod but original) into the respected files and still nothing. I know the readme for Editor42 says extract the textures.rfa but I get an error while trying to load it in the extractor and I do not have 3dsmax so I cannot convert them that way.

Is there anything I can do to get around this error and still have it load the map? All I really wanna do is get rid of the boundaries. I know about the code but I would hate the warning label every time I were to go 'out of bounds'. Any help is appreciated.

Uhh 3 quick things number 1 that font is dumb number 2 from what it sounds like you dont need to use editor 42 or bc for what you are dooing everything you just said can be easily done with mod development toolkit win.rfa and number 3 if you are dooing something that actually requiers mapping and you cant get editor 42 to run like me ill just bdo it for ya on bc

XD i Had Editor 42 but now i dont have it due to my pc breaking down XD can someone post a link to were i can download it please, Thanks

anyone have experience with making roads in ED42? I got my sand road laid down, but I can't seem to get a good setting for the tire tracks. Grrr.

I dont download programs like ED42 or BC42, they cant direct themselves to the right path >.< ..
But im not that stupid tht i dont no how to find my path thats no problem but it all making crash and buggy making errors n destroying my life..
