I can seem to find much info on how to get a vehicle from one (mod) to another i know it possible to get bf1942 vehicles in dc quite easy but im looking to get a vehicle from dcx to dcf anyone know how to go about this? |

okay not quit getting all that when you say run vehicle you literally meen vehicle or name of vehicle example vehicle/vehicle or cobra/cobra ? and i dont qiute get wher to putt all this stuff i got the standard meshes and the cobra files now drag me on from here |

I apologize for reviving an old thread, but using these guidelines, i am still unable to import vehicles. If i have run vehicle/vehicle the vehicle doesnt exist, probably because the name of the con is objects not the vehicle. Also where do i place the standard mesh? Do i create a new folder in the level named standard mesh and place it in there. And when i run only the objects.con, it asks for objects from physics and weapons. I run physics and weapons, and then it comes up with the error "Debug assertion failed! Module: BFSoundEngine File: BFSoundEngine/SoundScriptParser.cpp Line: 169 Expression: mapTypelter !=m_preprocessorMap.end() Text:Map expression: <Engine::Rpm> Unknown type: Engine Current confile:bf1942/levels/(level name)/objects/(vehicle)/physics.con edit-solved this error message-was some sort of effect on the sound problem Help is much appreciated. Note- I have placed sounds in a folder called sound in the level. |
