What Repair Supply Repairs submarines?

and how would i make submarine repair supply repair the submarine very fast

add the sub to a supply depot.

put several of these where a sub can get to, done

now my second queation repair the submarine very fast so if planes ae bombing you you dont have to wait along time

I used HoHaVehicleSupplyDeopt and just HohaSupply depot

also how faster would this repair the submarine
