is it possible to make a kit instead of having just a single pistol make it have 2 ive already tried some things like editing standard mesh for psitol so theres 2 but nothing ive tried has worked yet ![]() any pointers? |

This is definitely not server-side. I think there has been discussion on this before, and I remember something about dual pistols in BF2, but I think it turned out that the BF1942 engine just doesnt support dual weapons. But I think you could make a modified pistol, change the model of it to show two pistols side by side, and then add another firearm weapon for the second pistol. I dont know much else, somone help out? |

well what you could do is add a projectile position. And make a new model with the effects and every thing but thats all i got. |

basically u will need to mirror the animation of the hand via 3dsMax, add a second firearms position, set it to alternate fire and u got a winner. its possible to do, but takes some advanced knowledge of the games code. the reload animation and the arm just need to be mirrored, the pistol comes in a kit, so u will need a new kit, with a new coded pistol that has 2 geometries and 2 firearms positions. rest is code. |
