Where can i download complete modded maps for my BF1942 Linux Dedicated Server?
I hope that someone can help me im looking already one year for it!

Try this: Download any map u want. unpack it, delete all .dds files and all .wav files to save space and upload time. repack it , and spell its name in Non-Capital letters e.g. El_Alamein becomes el_alamein put it in ur servers /levels folder and play ur heart out. we run a Linux server, it works 100% |

well, now i think ur trying to fool me ... u do know how to rename files , right ? U may add a complete map, textures and all, only keep the filename in small letters, and if u have a prob with that contact Microsoft Support. i will leave it at that. |

that was not my question! I just want modded maps for my server thats all! My maps on my gameserver are already named in Non-Capital letters El_Alamein is already el_alamein Midway is already midway Kursk is already kursk Battle_of_Brittain is already battle_of_brittain But you dont awnser my questions

Well,in one year i would have tried google, dogpile, livesearch or fileplanet. even in this forum u will find a section that is strangly named MAPS YOU HAVE MODDED. So get ur lazy ass busy with the search button.

The idea here is: Make maps yourself, or choose from some that others have posted. If you want something done that nobody else has posted a RFA for, read the tutorials and the How-To's forum. Then post in Questions if you have questions. |
