This is not serverside.

In 3d studio max i opened up the axis_knife.sm file and edited it how i wanted, but when i go back to the battlefield 1942 tools in the top right corner of 3ds max 9, click model export, then export again it says do you wish to overwrite, i click yes, then it says no model to export.

So if any one could please explain to me how to export 3d models via 3ds max 9 bf1942 tools i would be very thankful.

if it says NO MODEL TO EXPORT , make sure u got the main name starting with LOD01

I figured it out. I had to select a mesh in the renderer screen lol.
