ok i have the Mod devolement tool kit but i cant use the Gmax tools so how do i change textures 2nd how do i get them or an alternative like a dif program if u kno any good sites plz send them to me i want to learn how to skin XD |

to skin you use adobe photoshop, but its not free. |

im not sure if elements will work but try it. u will need [url]this[/url] to edit DDS files which are what battlefield 1942 uses. to test elements, open texture.rfa with winRFA and extract it to anywhere on your computer. then open the Texture folder (not the rfa) and open one of the DDS files with elements. from there just mess around. After your done messin around repack the texture and either put it in a mod or replace the original bf1942 texture.rfa file. But make sure you back up the texture.rfa before doing all this and put the original texture.rfa into your game before playing online. |

I think is what cptvengeance forgot to include. It's a DDS plugin for photoshop, and it might work for Elements as well. |

i got all the tools but i cant install them it says save in *some directory with _______ * i dont kno where 2 find these so i cant install them |
