It worked becouse it was the right code.
A computer doesn't understand wrong code, it make server crash or do wrong thing.
Read and test more and you will understand.
Asking for code will fast make you not understand anything.

To begin with, do you have 4 teams on your server?
No, ofcourse you don't.
You did a mambo jambo mix of what ever code you could get your hands on.
Start slow and then go big.
If you start at end you will not know the begining.
Think what every line in code will do, and if it's something you like it to do, keep it.

They are the same spawngroupe=you got twice as many places to spawn on now.

White thing that shows where you can spawn end up in center of all spawnpoint in that group.
