We Use FTTP for our server and also bfsm.
How do upload completed maps to the server.

Did you mean FTP?
If so, have the server have a copy of a FTP server like serv-u and add users to the server so you can login. Then, downlaod a FTP client (serv-u has one, FileZilla is one too) and use the user information setup in Serv-u to login. Then just use the UI and drag and drop you serverfiles. Modify your maplist and start your server using bfsm. I suppose thats what you wanted to now?
