You can't add objectspawntemplates serverside. Also I think ParatrooperSpawnObject is only found in the map rfa of Lib of caen, so can't be used in other maps. The best way you can do this serverside is by following the tutorial: http://serversidemodding.com/ssm/modules.php? ... drops.html |

That's what I am trying NOT to do! As far as adding objectspawntemplates server side.. I do it all the time, and it work great!!! Same thing with changing names of the objectspawn.con file... So long as everything matches between the 2 files, it work great! |

What are you trying to do? Make a soldier spawn in the air and use thier parachute? if so all you want to do is add a soldier spawn point in the air and set the paratrooper flag to true. It will spawn them in the air with thier parachutes deployed. I prefer to not use the paratrooper flag that way you can choose when to deploy your chute. Make things a little more interseting and also allows you to get down faster. |

I read somewere else that the setting up a new spawn group was unsuccessful! Is it still the case? |
