| Post subject: | SBD-T and Aichival-T Torpedos |
I've tried making the torpedo on the SBD-t and aichival-t have the direct damage and splash damage of a B17 bomb. I've tried Active-ing the SBD/aichival and add template the bomb. I've tried Active-ing the projectile for the those planes, and add-templating. I've also tried editting the game.rfa for the material numbers and copying the "BIG_bomb.con" section and pasteing it in the torpedo.con. I essentially am trying to make a bomber (the sbd/aichival), with one bomb (the torpedo) and have the same effect as one of the heavybomberbombs. What am I doing wrong? |

I think your best of doing it liek this: ObjectTemplate.active Torpedo (which shoudl be the name of the torpedo projectile, im not sure if this is the one) ObjectTemplate.material 123 (where 123 the the directhit material for the b17 bomb, look it up in the confiles of the b17 bomb) ObjectTemplate.material2 124 (where 124 is the splashdamage material of b17 bomb, same goes here). I think that ought to work. |
