I get repaired on elal in DC_F you have to pull up to the hangars or land on them.Probably not the answer youre looking for :oops:

Why are you using a variable? Just use a flat number for each. Variables
add lag since the server is required to compute more than normal.
The number doesn't change. It is the amount per second it will repair.
The -1 before it, states that it has infinite repair.

Does each of those vehicles exist on that patch? Delete the objects you
aren't using from the 'Active" code.

Place the repair 'create' code within the ObjectSpawns.con. Not the OST.con

The first answer may lessen your dilemma.
The second is to keep patches simple and small.
The third IS the reason your code doesn't work.
