I realize the whole client-side mapping thing... been doing it for some time... all my clanmates HAVE my custom maps already, I was just going to fix it and re-distribute it... my maps have custom terrains created with terragen anyway. Anyone joining our server that isnt a clanmate gets a "map not found" error when we are serving these maps anyway ![]() But my question is: Since DCX has de-activated the old guided sams, and Ive been told they can be "re-activated"... what is the code to do that? If the code is in the mod, laying dormant.... theoretically... i SHOULD be able to fix the maps BOTH ways right? by a "mapname_001.rfa" patch... OR... by also fixing the original RFA and re-ditributing it... correct? If so... can someone plz post a sample of the code i need to get the OLD GUIDED SAMs from DCX 7.2d to work with DCX 8.1? I havent been able to figure the code out. Thanks! |
