Hi! I want to ssm the maps of vanilla to prevent basecamping on our servers. I've read what I could find about it here but I still can't get this to work in regular bf1942. If I manipulate the hanomag for instance i get that to kill allies, but of course moving or killing that vehicle will also move or remove the death bubble. I've also read about how you should be able to use the carriers to do this, like in the post about stopping basecamping on El Alamein, by Hitman 82. I can't get that to work on maps that don't have the carriers in them from the beginning. Do I need to do anything more than just manipulate the two .con files ObjectSpawns and ObjectSpawnTemplates? I've only tried manipulating my own client side -rfa's so far and run em of my own computer. Do I have to do it on the server side to get it to work at all? Or is it just impossible to ssm vanilla to prevent basecamping on any or all maps? |

You dont actually PUT a vehicle in the map to do this ![]() You use its resupply depot to "hurt" the incoming troops. http://www.toolazy2p.com/modules.php?na ... ecamp.html |
