Topic of the Window: MakeRFA.exe - Feler in Anwendung Die Anwendung konnte nciht richtig initialisiert werden (0xc0000135). Klicken Sie auf "OK", um die An wendung zu beenden. Thats it... After that comes a window from the RFAExplorer: The RFA has been built. I look after it but the RFA isnt there.... I hope you understand the German text

MakeRFA.exe - Application error The application cant be properly initialised (:error code:). Click on OK to close the application (freely translated )
Well that seems like an runtime error. Have you tried uninstalling everything related to makeRFA (first delete col. rfa thingey, then remove folder, then remove .NEt, then reinstal .net, then reinstall col. thingey) Maybe the RFA is in read only mode? try deleting the one your overwriting, it might help (backup ity first )
Are you running a proper wersion of windows? You never know.... If all wont work...format c:\ or install winRFA.
