When the tools came out 3ds Max 7 was the preferred version, it will work as high as version 8 though, just with some errors every-time you try and do something.

Thanks guys for answers, dunno wich version of mod tools i started with and that might be why it used to work and it doesn't now...
I had older mod tools (?.?? to 2.75) and 3dsmax (5 to 9)
Now i restarted brand new system with: Mdt 2.75 + 3dsmax9 = No chance
Guess i have to downgrade something now :(

Get 3dsMax 7, it works great with the MDT v2.75.

Just wanted to let you know it works fine with 3dsmax7 now...
I thought i used v.9 before but i mistaken :?
When i'll get time i'll redo my handheld minigun from wich i lost all the files :cry:
btw! could someone (mrhowdoimod?) make a 3ds model and dds textures for me? The one i made with a mix of existing ac47 minigun and rpd doesn't look that great :lol:
