I have SpySweeper and McAfee, and yes I have XP. I'll try turning Gamer Mode on in spyweeper but the settings for McAfee don't really have options. I'll also try what you said Senshi, and for future reference its "Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services"

Edit: Just looked there is no PnkBstrB.exe, explains why it won't start, it doesn't exist. Also, when I reinstalled them the PnkBstrB.exe still isn't there. It seems that sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't?
After a second reinstall it is there, it was on Automatic but I manually started it so now I'll try.

If it isn't there you must make it yourself, there must be some kind of "add new rule" option.

Oh and now the B.exe is gone again!!! And it still kicks me for PnkBstrB.exe Initialization Failure, and/or Communication Services Failure, etc...THIS IS GETTING ANNOYING TO SAY THE LEAST
I just want to play the damn game! What's the point of PB, only an idiot would cheat at an easy game like BFV or BF1942!

if your in XP (might work in vista, I don't know), make a shortcut to (insert rest of punkbuster name here)b.exe on your desktop, then drag it to your start bar and into the folder called startup, then punkbusterb will start every time you log in.

I don't have any folders in my start bar dude.

no he means that if you go to "Start" then "All programs" you should see a folder called startup. Put the PnkBsterB.exe file into this folder, as it will start it up everytime you log on. Only thing is that It can drastically reduce computer perfomrance.

What about having a shitload of folders on your desktop, note folders not shortcuts. My experience is that my PC is able to boot up and loaded everything in under 45 seconds. And I have no folders on my desktop, only shortcuts.
