The networkable info is not the decisesive part.
Barbed wire has networkable info but can't be spawned,
because there's info to be transferred when a soldier hits
the wire. The same goes for explodable buildings and so.
So the only part that makes the true distinction is the PCO
part. And all PCO's have also networkable info attached.
Since the presence of a spawnable object is fully controlled
by the server, only PCO's can be added severside. So we can
only add PCO's as statics by spawning them and demobilizing
them by using the active template to redefine them (i.e. let
nobody enter the driverseat like is explained in one of the basic
tutorials).
This also means that somebody has to release an upgrade on
all static objects, like sandbags, AT statics and so on to make
BF1942 more beautifull for SS-modders. But also this opens the
possibility to rearrange defences according to the party that
holds the objective (flag).
