noob Q what file do i drop this in for map per baises

Just put it anywhere you want it to be. As long as it has an run command in one of the standart files, its OK.
Usually stuff is placed in an seperate Objects/ folder in the maps' rfa (in a file called objects.con), and then a line
run Objects/objects.con
is placed in the init.con file.

(an include file should work too)
