Ok Im Trying To Make It So When A PLane Is At Critical Damage

It Will Slow Down( Cut Engine Power In HAlf)And Slowly Fall Now Here Comes The Hard Part

If A Soldier Manages To Get High Enough The Air (possibly a x/z/y detector) He Gets Full Engine Power Again
