Just go into objects.rfa to the fletchers and Hatsuzukis. Find the second ship with the soldier spawns ending in alt. Rem them out of there and just make those spawn points in the air. The people will spawn in mid air and your not sacrificing a ship because the Fletcher2 and Hatsuzuki2 are seldom used. You can add spawnasparatroper 1 to them so you don't have to pull shoot manually. Sorry if this isn't exactly how your trying to do it but this is an easier way with a cleaner effect. Due respect to all of you, your making this harder than it needs to be.

No, it wasn't a knock at you. It was more of why not use what I suggested, what I tested and what worked..

It's like building a house with wood and nails. Its tested and works..but instead taping the boards together with duct tape. Its almost the same!! :razz:

Hey guys,

I followed the instructions for adding the sub and I have it working (FYI I'm working on Tobruk in DC - Conquest). People can fly to the sub and jump on. I locked it out so red can't ge in but I'm worried about someone on blue driving it into the ground. I'd like to lock it so no one can get into it that way. I read the bit about removing the other positions but I'm confused about exactly which section the ObjectTemplate.removeTemplate goes.

Is it in the ObjectTemplate.create ObjectSpawner willyspawner section?

The ObjectTemplate.Active GatoComplex section?

The ObjectTemplate.Active GatoDriverSoldierSpawn section?

Once I know where to put it, do I just remove the first three positions, since number four is what I'm using?

I tried things a couple ways - one would boot me from the server every time I spawned on it. Another would boot me as soon as I could see it on the minimap (but not before).

I tried putting the sub below ground and spawning in the positive numbers but that got some CRAZY sub jitter between ground level and about 400 points up.

I appreciate whatever help you guys provide.

Cancel all that, fellas. I was poking around and found the "disabling vehicles" tut and did that instead. Thanks anyway.
