If a bot is prone to enter a ship, he will if he's inside enter radius/distance.
Move bot spawnpoints on ship and place them in water nearby.
Or place them in dingis hanging on side.

I will move the spawnpoints on PoW soon, i hope
the human soldiers do not falling down in ozean...

you could try move the spawn up in the air a little bit, humans can steer the shute but as far i have seen the bots just go straight down.
