I want to keep the nitro on all the time or remove the bombs.
I'm not sure how to make it come on when throttling up instead of alt fire.

This is the code i am using and i have the line i need to edit Highlighted in another color.

I may have found something here "c_PIThrottle: the move controls. It is linked to W and S keys." is that all i need to do is change the c_PIAltFire to c_PITrottle ?

Why would you waste time asking the community for something you could very well test yourself in less time it took you to write up that post?
