Well i have a problem with the server crashing, when i have bots in my coral map.
It happens if i are in the rear seat on the SBD when a bot is in front seat. 1 time it crashed when i sat in the front seat as a axis player and a allied bot spawned (i guess he tried to spawn in the SBD).

1 more thing, the bots always spawns in planes, or sometime axis aa gun #2. I´m not so good with the AI thing, but maybe i must have the bots spawning on the carriers instead?

If I remember correctly, DICE removed bots from Coral Sea becouse of crashes in patch 1.6.
Bots don't spawn in planes, they spawn very close to them but jumps in right away, 1ms or so.
If a human can jump in from 2 meters distance a bot can jump in from about 15 meters.
Move spawnpoints a few meters here or there if you think that will help.

im thinking maybe let the bots spawn somewhere players cant go, along with some planes. that may work. (hopfully) :razz:

Ok so its something with the SBD that makes it crash if entering backseat, doesnt matter if there´s any bot nearby or not, it just crashes. Same thing with the Ilyushin. Works with AichiVal and Stuka tho.
Took the easy way and replaced SBD with Stuka. ;-)

edit: i think the problem have something to do with the rear gun on the SBD, they use ObjectTemplate.Active SBD-6_guns instead of ObjectTemplate.Active MG42_Air. and i cant find any AI to the SBD-6_guns.
Ilyushin have ObjectTemplate.addTemplate Ilyushin_Rearguns.

so maybe it works if i replace them with Active MG42_Air?

no succes, neighter in OST.con or Objects.rfa. to much that differs in the plane setups me thinks.

Half amount of bombs, twice the time to sink carrier.

well as for now i replaced the SBD with the Stuka, works like a charm. but i was thinking maybe put up some small "airfields" high up in the corners of the map, and let the bots spawn there. then i can control what planes they could use. maybe would be better because now they are kinda sitting ducks on takeoff.
seems to me lots of players like to bomb the carriers, but then they maybe dont know that the bombs may be a bit eh.. "modded" :twisted:

usually i find some threads here and thinking: wee must try that!! and thats the fun part getting it to work :D
