I made a map CTF, it shows up when I "Create a game" but not in my dedicated server/remote manager.
What should I do?

If your deticated server is run somewhere else besides the place where your level is, then copy the level over.

NO, Dedicated Pulls maps from My C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\Mods\bf1942\Archives\bf1942\levels folder.
Just the same as Punning Battlfield and creating a game

I would Assume thats where the "Create a game" Pulls from as well.

I've had a similiar problem try making it so the map isn't capitalized on the .rfa part eg: change: Berlin_001.RFA
to: Berlin_001.rfa
Do this by rename-ing. Tell me if that helps you out any.
