There should be a thing at the bottom of BC and it will tell where your cursor is. And to Spawn vehicles go here
You spawn packs the same way.

i use battlecraft to place new stuff on the map
then just double click on the new things you placed
in the object menu to the left
to get the cordinates to use "copy @ paste"
for edit the objectspawns.con

ps just remember not to
hit save when you close the map
i hate the way bc work ask for save default
to easy to hit yes by misstake
thats why i now keep a backup of my orginal maps
