i started a server a while ago just to test if some stuff where possible ssm... i joined fine. i then told a few mates to join. they all tell me... whats wrong with your server, its really laggy... i told them there was nothing wrong. after a minute then they told me the server runs fine. i then took out the ssm code and left it an unmodded server... they rejoin and hey...  it dont work  , it still plays up for that first minute from when they join.
