Ok i've been tasked with changing custom combat settings on a server i have limited access to. What would be the best way to go about doing this. Can i make the changes offline and if so how? Please help.

Custom Combat is a serversetting you can only change offline or restart server for it to take affect.
Serverside modding can be done online, next time modded map is loaded changes are there.

Yes this is for GA. They run bfvrsm will cced.exe run with this or will i need a different one?

Ok they will give me this file

%server:port%/save/GameModeSettings/CustomCombat.wst

I need to know how to mod it.

It shows up in the folder

C:\Program Files\BFVCC Server Manager\CC

Any suggestions?

What we do here is not custom combat at all.
We server side mod, works like custom combat but very far from it.
Read how to start and what files you need.
Here's a few tip what and how to mod.

Yeah i understand CC and SSM is totally different but you guys are my best bet as to getting some advice on this matter. If you wanna shun me thats cool ill just find someone else.

I just showed you how to start, now it's up to you if this is something for your server or not.
It takes a few weeks to get into this server side modding.
