ok i modded irving, i tested it and everythin it works so when i uploaded it to the server as operation_irving_001.rfa do i have to change the permisions on that file? do capital letters change anything?

Tip. Make a patch file instead of using the 001 file:

viewtopic.php?f=23&t=3020

Also if you run Linux on the server your using you have to use small case letters. If its Win32 system use big case in the begining of the name and after every space or _.

it probably does losnar lol ok so if i put the original operation_irving_001.rfa back in and do wat that patch thing said then put the operation_irving_002.rfa and make the letters lowercase it should work? do i have to change the permissions to 777 on the server?

No need to change permission. Also your not modding your client map right? cause then it wont work. Copy two files (1 map) of the server
then extract to patch file then mod and then you put it on server..
