Change objecttemplate.projectileposition on all hand weapons in objects.rfa. Move it back just a bit.
(just do 1 to test first, obviously

Well, that works great if you wanna shoot yourself in back when standing up. You have to move it back about 0.8-0.9. You can still see through wall.

Why whould you like to see in-game with your eyes? And if you want to look around, you can use Free Camera, right? |

Well can you explain where this is about? "Seeing with his eyes" looks pretty clear to me...
