Axeman... I'm working on adding some Tango Turrets to the walls on Hue '68 and was wondering how you were able to be killed by explosions in these PCO's? Could you provide the code so I can review it? I'm able to spawn them and have people get in them... but once inside they're invincible! Obviously this could cause issues. The biggest issue I could imagine would be the last surviving player on a team (after all flags have been captured) just sitting in a turret laughing his ass off as the entire opposing team surrounds him. Please let me know what you did to make people vulnerable to explosions! ![]() |

PC0 should have same hitpoints as the vehicle it's mounted on. Now we have ripped them out of it and placed it by itself. (This is not the right formula the game calculates in, but I hope you get the picture) This is in it's normal state... Tango hitpoint * damage from projectile = Damage to Tango Now this is what we have for the PC0 No hitpoints * damage from projectile = Zero damage We have to give turrets hitpoints to make it blow up. Or does radius take it out, if you throw a grenade at it? Hope this push you in right direction. |

Grenades and all other explosions don't do any damage to it at all... but then again I suppose I haven't assigned hitpoints to the turret. I was under the impression that this couldn't be done with SSM, perhaps I'm mistaken? I'll test a few things out tonight when I get home from work. Hopefully Axeman posts on here before then, it'd save me some time ![]() |

i actually didn't do anything... i jus figured it was cause of the pco's i used... they are all showing the soldier... i jus figured it was cause you can see him... it does take alot of accurate shooting... (the screen shots are older, i took out the bdrm cause it wasn't giving credit for the kill) i have never noticed if it the pco takes damage(99% sure it doesn't), at the time i was happy with being able to be killed while in them... i don't use them much personally, mainly got 'em in there for those base rapers... they are high enough so that they can't be aimed down at the base it they are intended to protect. i know the tower is easier to blow up then anything on top of it... sorry i'm not a super influx of info... |

You can't give PCO's armor and HP, not server side anyways. |
