I'd like to see some poisonous smoke 'nades! This can most likely be achieved CSM ... but what about SSM? I think Losnar has looked into this before but hasn't had much luck. Anyone have any ideas?

add a deathbubble to the projectile, similiar to the anti Mainbase camping circle

Yep, it just won't yield any kills that way. You can have them explode like regular nades, but they won't do constant damage.

add barbed wire effect to the smoke? or smoke particles? or w/e?
might work, but might not. it probly could work server side too i guess.

would do constant damage untill the smokes gone, and constant damage = kill

I remember something about death bubbles and smoke grenades, but the death bubble never went away, even with timetolive.

Barbed wire might have the same problem.
