Ok so.. I was curious.. has anyone attempted to mod the BF2 files yet to see if any of the old "no-no's" are now modifiable? Such as magazine size on weapons, etc.. If nobody has tried yet I'll see what happens, I just didn't want to duplicate someone else's efforts Wink |

It will be interesting. My other machine (the one I used for ssm discovery), will hopefully be rehabilitated soon, and may the spoils of ssming come forth! |

Well ive been trying it using standart test methods and it wont work, you get exactly the same problem as in bf42, a ctd. Its a shame really. But i did notice its way harder to cchange the amount of ammo on standart weaponry. In pistols its defined, but i cant find it anywhere in the m16a2 for example. It seems its a default settings, but when i add the amm lines like they did in the pistol it didnt work. |
