That could never be serverside, just so you know. But it is probably possible with a new map. I know that the Action Battlefield mod has flamethrowers, you could probably copy the new weapon from there.

Yes, just make the other guns do no damage, or change the gun's primary fire to something like c_PIMouseLook: ObjectTemplate.Active Mp18 ObjectTemplate.setInputFire c_PIMouseLook Then you'll just have knifes and the medic kits that work. Also, you can edit the spawning kits in init.con to just spawn...
