| I don't know anything about gmax but I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the tools won't work with Vista. Not to be rude, but please try to use some punctuation next time. Took a few readings to figure out what you were actually trying to say. |

| This is going to involve porting the carrier into normal BFV. There is a link to a tutorial somewhere in this forum about it, as it has been asked many times. It will not be SSM, however. |

| Ahh ok. I've had this trouble before too and the registry thing fixed all the problems. Could you make a backup copy of the game somewhere else, then try to reinstall it? |

| I would just make a backup of the Registry. When you're in regedit, go to file and export and then save the file somewhere. I guess it wouldn't hurt to have System Restore point as well. |

| Yeah, System Restore is in Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
