jeez dude,go to customize tab at the top,the one with singleplayer mulyplayer quit all those tabs,theirs one that says custom game,click it,it will show all of your mods,clock mario cart,hit activate

try running the .exe in compatibility mode for xp sp3,also try running bc with that,the simple fact is,vista is a turd,and this game and components were not made for it.

BY Fook you can add this envmap/reflection to anything.. it is a line of code in the rs file of an object and the amount of reflection is determined by the alpha layer in the texture. I think even the browning has envmap.. you can see the reflections in the scratches on the gun. the envmap images ar...
