Did you upload the file named "dc_urban_siege" or did you remember that a server sided modification upload file should be named "dc_urban_siege_009.rfa" or any suffix "_###.rfa"

The problem with your code is that you are adding additional engines and they are not balanced and causing that water wheelie effect. All you have to is simply change the engine TYPE.
