I have a trial that only last for 30 sec but with sound.
And a super big sign that says Fraps.

FRAPS is free, isn't it? Or did they change something. Sure 30 second limit, but just hit record again... And yeah, generally one would recompress or change the format of video before redistribution, but when youtube/pb are already going to do that again one does not necessarily want to risk deterioration anymore so. |

I was under the impression FRAPS cost a hell of alot, and the free version didn't record sound. |

Yes, last I remembered, FRAPs trial version didn't record sound. |

Yea that was the other thing I remembered hearing, it puts a giant FRAPS banner in the middle of the video. |
