ah, the good 'ol strafe practice mod for nubs. Gives 98 medic bullets, 27 colts bullets, 200 hitpoints to die instead of 30 and the medic packs are super juiced for equal healing. Due to the bullet change, its not ssm.

I don't think game allowes more then 30rpm. It can't send more then one bullet per game frame.

And yes, you can do this serverside if you like.
