They where supposed to be on Hue map.
But they didn't put them there.
Like the Zippo, a half finished thing thrown in by misstake.

From looking at it it seems like a sniper position which you can enter and then use it to snipe? lol?
Maybe it was a uber thing, because the file name sounds like it's movable and it has an extreme amount of hitpoints

They are invisible immobile vehicles. They're for bots mainly. A bot spawns at them and immediately enters and begins sniping I guess. I think it's to keep sniper bots from moving. I've played around with them before but they're mostly useless.

If you remove the rem, can you use the spawnpoints of them?

Ah, so that's why the Zippo_FlameThrowerPCO2 doesn't work when you remove the rem...
