Battlefield Modding Tutorials BFMODS

I've been messing around and got some things I always wanted accomplished, this will work as a patch, once installed it will work on any server running DC Final or in single player. MrHowdoimod is responsible for all the mods involving modeling. Most skins are from File Front's extensive Bf1942 skins library, some are from DCX. Here's a list of things done:

-All names in Lexicon made accurate and specific
-Russian skins for some Iraqi vehicles-this may be gone next release
-Accurate skins for Abrams (woodland camo, not desert paint-randomized skin coming in future)
-CAR-15 and Mk23 are now unsilenced, CAR-15 has a super short barrel making it a M4 Commando or M733.
-Accurate A-10_c (cluster bombs) skin, it is dominantly green. Maverick and Mk82 Bombs versions are still grey
-New loading music
-New F-16 skin (new TFW insignia)
-Black Mi-24D Hind- this will not be in the next version
-New Su-25 skin, also will not be in next version
-New BF2 minimap icons, courtesy of Tankerbot

I know this really isn't alot, but please realize that this is only the first release, much more to come in the future.
For the next release, expect:
-More DCX and DCFX Skins
-Better reloading animations for any weapons using the old Sg44 animation (M16, CAR15, AK47, MP5, Etc...
-Update equipment and names to reflect the current war in Afghanistan and Iraw rather than DesertStorm
-Add ACOG scope from CAR15 to M16 and MP5
-Working Laser/LAM Unit for Mk23
-Replace vehicle meshes with better ones, i.e. the DCX Humvee's

If you wish to download this patch, you can get it , I'd hurry though as File Front's links don't like to stay active very long.
This was originally designed for DC and DCF, but it began to crash on plain DC occasionally. It works completely reliably on DCF.

yay! that was a quick upload. I just finished the Lam extension model and texture it's sweet. when I'm finished testing it i'll post some pics or maybe a video. Fox and I are hard at work guys. I have yet to make the new cross hair for it though.
