On Dec. 17, there were 25,129 page views. We average around 2,000 page views per day.

WTF? Was that a hack attempt or a bug with phpNuke?

I'll be honest, I checked your stats and saw that. My stats have gone way up and I got a msg about my bandwidth exceeding my monthly quota, and then I checked yours and yours were up.

Check your logs for the ip that was connecting and then ban it/them.
