If you pay $2500 it means they will give you care for $500 in general.

If you pay tax to get health insurance, you probebly will pay $500 and get care for $2500.
But as US goverment works same way as an Insurance company, nothing will work there.

I hate governments in general. I'm not sure there is a governmental system that is not subject to corruption, and misinterpretation, and severe inefficiency. A small government is always a longer lasting more beneficial solution, as with less people and less branches, it has less chance of being corrupted.
