Their software, which for some reason believes it can do what windows already does better. But that is not true. |

And they aren't cheaper either. I tried building the above computer on dell.com, it was well over $1500 and they didn't even have some of the options I wanted. (WinXP, a N250GTS graphics card, etc) |
