Hey guys, I have a server and it has TeamSpeak so we use that every once in a while. It's a good program to have. I have heard that some people put music channels on their server's TS. That sounds really cool to me, because I listen to music when I play sometimes. So. I have your standard BF1942 server with TS... how do I make a music channel? Do tell. Thanks. -Plague (Edit: I don't have the TS tutorials right now, so I wouldn't know how to even if there is a tutorial you can point me to) |

Create a new channel, make it moderated so people can't talk, give voice rights to the person that's gonna play the music, and there you go. As far as actually playing the music, you can just play it through your mic or you can enable a sound mix input instead of mic, so you will broadcast whatever sounds your computer is playing. |

With my sound card, you go to the options for the Input, and change it from Microphone to Stereo Mix. This would then play whatever your computer is playing through the input. To get to that on mine, I open the Volume Control, Options > Properties > Choose Input under Mixer Device and hit OK. Then check Stereo Mix instead of Microphone. That's just how it is with my integrated audio, so I dunno if yours will be the exact same. |
